Gabriele Tranchina - Director/Teacher

Gabriele Tranchina is an internationally known jazz vocalist performing within the US and Europe. Her two CD's are "The Old Country" and "A Song Of Love's Color". Since 2010 Ms Tranchina is with the "Jazzheads" label. Gabriele has also a background in dance and plays the guitar. Ms Tranchina manages Sol La Ti's Music Together since 1997 with 4 locations located on the Upper West Side/Morningside Heights area and Harlem. She holds a teaching degree in music and physical education from J.W. Goethe University, Frankfurt/M and is a certified voice teacher (L3) in the Somatic Voice Technique™.
Gabriele is a certified (L1) Music Together Teacher.

Sabrina Francis - Teacher

Sabrina Francis is an opera singer with a degree in music from UCLA and USC. She sings with regional opera companies and tours the US and Europe. Among her engagement credits is New York City Opera. Sabrina has worked as a Special Ed. and a Preschool Teacher when she lived in California. She is currently teaching Child Development to adults, offers music to preschools and teaches Music Together. Sabrina has also specialized in social media marketing and works as a consultant for several companies. Besides being a professional singer, Sabrina plays piano. She is a registered Music Together teacher.

Jim McNickle - Teacher

Actor/Singer Jim Mc Nickle can be seen on TV in shows like "Law and Order" . Besides teaching Music Together, he also teaches music and story telling to children. His caring personality and great sense of humor have earned him great success performing music in homes for the elderly. His work as an actor/singer includes stage, TV and film. Jim also holds a BS in journalism. He plays the guitar and the blues harp. He is a registered Music Teacher teacher.

Ann Jacobs - Teacher

Annie is a professional singer and actress, a multi-instrumentalist and an avid dancer. Singing everything from opera to honky tonk, she has performed throughout the Northeast. She holds a BA in music and an MA in English. Annie is a member of Cherub Improv, a comedy improvisation group. A warm and engaging teacher, Annie strongly believes that musical activity is an essential part of life for everybody.
